Speaking Takes Centre Stage

Our goal is for your child to speak their new language with confidence. Kiducation’s interactive method, curriculum, and small class sizes allow us to prioritise speaking skills while also ensuring that at higher levels, reading and writing are developed. Just as children don’t memorise grammar rules and vocabulary when learning their first language, second-language learners benefit most from listening, speaking, and experiencing the language in context.

At Kiducation, children experience the target language through our immersion method, engaging in interactive activities based on themes like science, culture, or captivating books. The focus is on using the language naturally in real-life contexts, helping children build fluency and confidence in their communication skills. At the same time, they not only learn a language but also gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.

Our carefully selected "Kiducators" are native speakers and certified to teach other languages such as English as an additional language to children. Genuinely enthusiastic, patient and engaging, they foster an inclusive and supportive environment that ignites a passion for learning. We prioritise the safety and well-being of all our students by conducting thorough background and reference checks.

Active Parent Engagement

Often parents have only little insight into their child’s learning achievements. We ensure that parents can witness their child’s learning progress to take an active role in supporting their learning journey. We organise visiting afternoons and a year-end event where children can proudly showcase their newly acquired skills. Children will also be given small home assignments.

Customised Education for Individual Growth

We provide individualised instruction based on each child’s learning style and level, ensuring they are appropriately challenged and supported. Our small classes, with only 3-8 children, allow for individual attention to nurture their strengths. Our "Kiducators" guide each child to progress at their own pace while benefiting from group interactions to practise speaking with confidence. Your child does not need to fit into our classes - we make it work for your child!

Founders of Kiducation

Kiducation was founded by four passionate mums - Anja Hirt (President), Karin Weidner (Vice-President), Rashidat Tosyn Thomas (Treasurer), and Dionne Brown (Secretary), who came together with a shared dream: to create the kind of language learning experience they wished for their own children.
With backgrounds in Science, English Linguistics and various fields of Business Administration, the founders bring a unique blend of academic insight and several years of practical expertise. Their combined knowledge not only fuels the school’s efficient management, but also shapes Kiducation’s carefully crafted curriculum - one that fosters curiosity, communication, and confidence in every child.
Together, they’ve built a nurturing, immersive environment where language comes to life, and where every child is supported, inspired, and empowered to grow.
