English Beginners

This class is designed for young children just starting their English language journey. They will explore basic words and simple expressions through engaging activities. Focusing primarily on speaking, children will learn to communicate and hold small conversations in English. Learning will be brought to life through songs, stories, crafts and interactive games. As they immerse themselves in this joyful environment, children will build confidence and enthusiasm for learning English, setting a solid foundation for their language skills.

Designed for children with a good foundation in English, this fun and interactive course offers theme-based sessions with a strong focus on scientific topics. The curriculum covers topics like animal adaptations to cold weather and the importance of recycling. Engaging activities will further enhance their speaking skills while exploring the world around us. Additionally, children will gradually be introduced to phonics, reading and writing. To support their journey, our “Kiducator” will carefully select levelled readers from our “Reading A-Z” English book library, offering progressively challenging texts that build reading confidence at an individualised pace.

Read, Write and Discuss

In this class children will nurture a love for reading and writing through exposure to a variety of genres. Structured like a book club, children will discuss and analyse books, applying new skills to improve comprehension and critical thinking. Children will express their opinions, ask thoughtful questions, expand their vocabulary and grammar in a supportive setting. Imagination and creativity will be encouraged, alongside developing effective presentation skills as students learn to articulate their insights and analyses confidently.

Debate and Discover

This dynamic class teaches children to express their thoughts clearly and persuasively through engaging debates while mastering their active listening and speaking skills. Our “Kiducator” will select thought-provoking topics, like animal rights or the pros and cons of social media, for students to research, present, and discuss. This class is the perfect opportunity to elevate presentation and communication skills and enhance reading and writing abilities.

Annie is a passionate and committed native English teacher. Originally from Ireland, she was raised in Northern England alongside her six siblings.
Holding a CELTA qualification (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), she has experience in developing and implementing her own lesson plans.

Annie is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to express themselves and fully immerse in the English language.
Known for her creativity, patience, and energy, she tailors each lesson to meet the unique needs of her young students.
Outside the classroom, Annie enjoys travelling, arts and crafts, and exploring the outdoors.

Tina is an experienced English teacher from London, UK, and a mother of two girls aged 15 and 12.
In addition to her role at Kiduction, Tina operates her own tuition business and teaches English at a Swiss secondary school. She possesses a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (UK Teaching Certificate) and the EDK diploma.
Tina is dedicated to helping students develop critical thinking and public speaking. She is an advocate for creating a collaborative learning atmosphere, where students not only master the principles of debate but also build confidence in articulating their thoughts.
Beyond her teaching responsibilities, Tina enjoys engaging in various hobbies such as reading historical fiction, swimming, trying out new recipes and going to the theatre.

Our goal is for your child to speak their new language with confidence. Kiducation’s interactive method, curriculum, and small class sizes allow us to prioritise speaking skills while also ensuring that at higher levels, reading and writing are developed. Active Parent Engagement

Often parents have only little insight into their child’s learning achievements. We ensure that parents can witness their child’s learning progress to take an active role in supporting their learning journey. We organise visiting afternoons and a year-end event where children can proudly showcase their newly acquired skills. Children will also be given small home assignments.

Customised Education for Individual Growth

We provide individualised instruction based on each child’s learning style and level, ensuring they are appropriately challenged and supported. Our small classes, with only 3-8 children, allow for individual attention to nurture their strengths. Our Facility

Our classes take place in the heart of Uster, at the Familienzentrum, making it easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. While your child participates in the class, younger siblings can have fun in the inviting play area, and parents can unwind with a coffee and a friendly chat.

The rooms are safe, spacious, modern and provide a clutter-free environment, encouraging focus and creativity. Large windows flood the room with natural light.
